One of the first true hybrid instruments in the UK is located at St. Hilda's, Harltepool. Completed in 1991 by J. Adrian Cook POB, this organ retains much of its original pipework. New pipes were added and because of space limitations, the entire instrument was augmented by the addition of several digital stops.
